Enabling Water Present or Not Present for the Water Level Monitoring Sensor w/Float Switch

Use cases

I have a water tank I use for rain collection. When it does not rain, I fill it up with rain from the city, I'd like to automate it using this if it is at a certain level (dry), then fill up.

Anything else?

Normal or Water Exhausted is what the app reads.
