Describe the add-on or add-on enhancement

Existing apcupsd integration requires installing apcupsd on a separate host. This add-on provides apcupsd daemon as HA add-on.

Bonus points:

• this add-on has a carefully crafted apparmor.txt, so it could serve as a good example (comments welcome)

Use cases

Enabling apcupsd integration without a need for separate host for apcupsd daemon. A similar setup is needed for NUT integration.
