Support for CH9200 USB ethernet connectors

Describe the feature

The linux kernel contains support for the CH9200 based USB ethernet dongles. This is not currently enabled in the HAOS build script:

buildroot-external/kernel/v6.12.y/device-support.config

You'd need to add in CONFIG_USB_NET_CH9200=m to the above.

Is this something likely to be considered?

Use cases

Ethernet USB dongles like these are super cheap and relatively abundant and beats running on wifi.

Current workarounds

Only workaround is either building it myself (which I could do no problem) or running inside a VM or some such which seems unnecessary in this example as I doubt I'll run anything else on this box.
