Describe the enhancement

currently the hood is partially supported , which is already nice thank you very much for that.
I can turn on or off the hood and get the sensor value.
but that's it, would be great to being able to change the fan speed, and control the light (3 states, off, low , high)

Use cases

would love to control the light of the hood like the other light in the room. specially to automate the turn off, or the turn on when needed.
also would love to control the strengh of the fan to automate base on the sensor of the airquality and quantity PM.
