Describe the enhancement

Pin the date range selector to the top bar so date is visible and period can jump forward and back while scrolled down on the page.

Use cases

While reviewing the history page, sometimes there is a lot of data, and it can be helpful to jump back and forth to compare different periods to identify problems or trends. This is hard to do however when one must scroll back to the top of the page to change the period selected.

It is worth pointing out that the activity dashboard already functions this way.
