MIN_POWER_THRESHOLD=10W on power dashboard is too low

It took me a GH issue a discord thread and some debugging time to understand why my power entities didn't showed up in the dashboard....

until a kind user point me to that limit MIN_POWER_THRESHOLD ...

in my mind, it could be either configurable or clear that it fall into a "sum" of "less than 10w things" ...

(Preferred would be the config ofc 😇 )

Use cases

Because you could see the sum of all those small stuff making big stream...

10W make sense if you skip one or two, but if we end up skipping 80% of your things, it a bit sad
