Improve error log classification

Describe the feature

There are a lot of ERRORlogs that aren't really errors. Personally I think that wrong connection errors or wrong sensor value errors must be downgraded to WARNING in order to prioritize real errors and clean the log file

Use cases

When HA doesn't start or something of critical happens, you have to understand the issue by logs.

Some days ago I had to fix HA but by logs I wasn't able to understand the real problem. I had to restore and old working backup and hope the facing issue was not present

Current workarounds

N/A: Impossible to filter logs in console

Anything else?

Error logs should be something of really blocking the OS or the Supervisor
