The dweet.io service is now dead. I have created a replacement dweet.cc with the same plus more functionality. For your existing integration you should only have to replace the .io tld with .cc and it should work the same.

The Dweet.io integration has been deprecated and will be removed in Home Assistant 2025.7. If you wish to integrate dweet.cc you can either contribute a new integration, please keep in mind the updated requirements for new integrations, or you can publish a custom integration.
