To resolve this, I will have to [remember how to] re-create the woff font files from the original, probably updated source files, then add them to the font stack. It may cause the fonts to take longer to fully load when it is fully implemented.

The current default font stack is:

"Sarasa Mono J", "Sarasa Mono Slab K";

Note: this behavior only exists in the typographic specimen page when loading its own woff files and does not behave like this when installed on your machine.
