Allow setting DC/NC to 1.00 speed

I like to use Daycore with 0.99x speed due to the pitch down audio filter, but that results in a 50% score reduction and no pp.

Allow users to set these mods to 1.00 speed. This would remove all score and pp penalties for those scores.

Can't u just deselect the mod to get it back to being 1x?

It's Daycore and Nightcore not DT and HT, deselecting would remove the pitch effects for the audio.
