Take PCM to PATCG #96

@martinthomson

Description

@martinthomson

They are having a meeting later this month, during which I expect to talk about the same general space into which PCM falls.

There are a number of competing proposals that aim to achieve the same things and having those discussions in the one place would be ideal. This work is more clearly in scope for that group.

Full disclosure: this is not guaranteed to attain an analogous status there. The two CGs have different processes, but the question about how the PATCG organizes its work remains open.
