License tag in Electron application

Hello,

I'm packaging an Electron app and there's this file: LICENSES.chromium.html, which, as far as I understand, contains licenses of all open source components used by Chromium. The file is huge: 15MB, am I supposed to find every license there and include it the License tag?

Can't really advice on such a matter because it steps into the territory of legal matters, but looking at eg Fedora package of Chromium, it doesn't seem the number of different licenses is that big: https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/chromium/blob/rawhide/f/chromium.spec
