RFE: add a rpm-dependencies(7) man page #4050
Description
Similar to rpm-scriptlets(7), dependencies are something that exist both in the spec and the produced packages, and to avoid duplicating a tonne of information they need to be covered in a man page of their own.
This is a huge topic, and should result in arch_dependencies.md, boolean_dependencies.md, dependencies.md and more_dependencies.md becoming redirects to the new rpm-dependencies(7) manual.
