New Editor - Adding/Deleting Errors, Signals, Escalations, Data objects not working as expected

When I click on + Create to add an Error/Signal/Escalation or Data object, nothing happens. But if I switch to another tab and come back then I see new items have been added. Same happens for delete also. Also after I add or delete if I click on the left side area then it shows the added/deleted ones. But I expect it to work as it currently works in spiff arena.
