error when i try to launch a job with the execution environnement

Hello,
my AWX runs in a local minikube docker environment 
i have this error 
> Failed to JSON parse a line from worker stream. Error: Expecting value: line 1 column 1 (char 0) Line with invalid JSON data: 
> b'Traceback (most recent call last):\n'

and in the console i have this write :

> Receptor detail:
> Pod Running
