Smooth scroll doesn't work on WSL2

Expected behavior.

The smooth scroll feature, where PgUp/PgDown will shift the document line by line, doesn't work well on WSL2 and is pretty laggy.

How can I turn this off and go back to the old Vim scrolling where it just jumps one page?

The reproduce ways from Vim starting.

Fixed by doing a SPUpdate and add:

[[layers]]
name = 'core'
enable_smooth_scrolling = false

Duplicated issue.
