Fix 1

  • --force-reinstall installs latest version of dependent packages and messes up with env.
  • This specially get tricky in automl deployments. Removing force-reinstall and using upgrade instead to upgrade torch and other vulnerable pkgs

Fix 2

  • mount /var/mlflow_resources to include mlmonitoring
  • mlmonitoring is part of the image and not present separately to be installed on runtime
