docs template example

Today I found this package and the data that can handle is a very nice use case for Makie, hence this PR mainly adds:

• minimal makie extension (to be expanded if needed)
• Documenter CI workflow
• updates to make.jl to generate docs
  • a landing page
  • a demo dashboard

TODO:

• polish dashboard using where necessary the metadata from the file.
• save to zarr ?

This looks really good and it would be great to have more visual examples. It would be helpful if we split this up into getting documentation set up properly with this type of workflow and then we could subsequently look at the rest, because there are some potentially unintended issues that could come up (e.g., if we auto generate docs we need to get serious about supporting the newer public API first to avoid breaking user code).
