We do not want to advertise Ventoy anymore due to legal and security concerns

I've done some research, and I'm shocked about what has been discovered from Ventoy. Knowing this, I followed your suggestion. |

Added in-place upgrade way in unsupported machines and updated what can do Rufus and Ventoy for bypassing the installation.
