Changes Made

• Created partner directory at typescript/site/app/ecosystem/partners-data/ekailabs/
• Added metadata.json with proper field ordering as per contribution guidelines
• Added Ekai Labs logo to typescript/site/public/logos/ekailabs.png
• This follows the ecosystem partner addition guidelines outlined in typescript/site/README.md
