The PR corrected the
$shouldRegisterNavigationmethod to make cluster navigation visible.When setting the configuration in
protected static bool $shouldRegisterNavigation = false;within a cluster, it was not respecting the configuration used, only overriding theshouldRegisterNavigationfunction and returningfalse.
