• Rebecca to create branches to continue work for both the next minor (14.1.0) and next major (15.0.0) releases simultaneously. - Created 15.0.0. No need for 14.1.0 since the develop line is 14.1.0.

Members: Rebecca (chair), Doug, Ryan, Jamie, Cheryl. Came out of issue #1370, which in turn came out of the discussion of Determination in issue #1260.
