Fix an issue introduced with new Express server that kept web authenticator UI from starting.

v5.9.0

This is mostly a depedency update after a long while without any updates, but I bumped the minor version as this should also enable experimental support for the following new devices:

• The Ring Video Intercom should now be detected, however, functionality is limited to the same features supported with prior non-Video version (i.e. no video features)
• The Kiddie Smoke/CO devices should be detected, however, this is the first supported non-Zwave alarm device and I have no idea if state updates will actually work as I do not have this hardware to test. Success or failure reports are highly appreciated.
